RadExIORSBoost Project Workshop 8, Medical Faculty Mannheim, Heidelberg University 6-8 July 2026

RadExIORSBoost project team members attended “Workshop on the bioinformatical and biostatistical analysis of RNA-seq data” at the Medical Faculty Mannheim, Heidelberg University from 6-8 July 2026. Workshop gathered onsite team members from the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia (Dr. Nina Petrović and Dr. Ivana Matić), members from the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana (Lara Snoj and Veronika Škranjc), member from the University of Leicester (Dr. Adam Webb), and host team from the Medical Faculty Mannheim (Ahmad Šami, Dr. Marlon Veldwijk, and Dr. Barbara Link). Through excellent presentations and practical training led by Mr. Šami and Dr. Webb workshop participants successfully completed analysis on RNA sequencing data and gained new knowledge in biostatistics and bioinformatics.
