Administrative visit of the RadExIORSBooost team members to Institute of Oncology Ljubljana

From 13 to 17 October 2025, Dr. Tatjana Stanojković, Dr. Ivana Matić, and Dr. Nina Petrović, the RadExIORSBoost project team members from the Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia (IORS), visited the project team members and administrative staff from the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, from 13 October 2025 to 17 October 2025. During the administrative visit, Dr. Stanojković, Dr. Matić, and Dr. Petrović participated in very successful and productive meetings with colleagues from the Public Procurement and Purchasing Department, Legal Department, Financial Department, and Human Resources Department at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana. Prof. Dr. Maja Čemažar provided an excellent and comprehensive overview of the organizational structure and activities of the Research and Education Department of the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, in addition to valuable guidance on managing national and EU-funded projects. Alma Čerin also shared with the IORS team members her knowledge and expertise in EU project administration. Very successful administrative visit of the RadExIORSBoost project team members from IORS significantly enhanced their knowledge in  administrative and project management.
