The RadExIORSBoost project team was pleased to welcome Alma Čerin, an administrative staff member from the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, to the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia (IORS) on 5th and 6th of December 2024.
Ms. Čerin generously shared her extensive experience and knowledge in administrative management activities, drawing on her involvement in past and ongoing projects at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana.
During her visit, Ms. Čerin toured various administrative departments within IORS, including the legal department, accounting, and procurement. She engaged in productive discussions with colleagues, exchanging valuable insights into the management and implementation of EU projects at both institutions.
Ms. Čerin also visited the Department of Experimental Oncology, where she met with researchers and familiarized herself with the resources IORS has dedicated to the RadExIORSBoost project. This visit fostered an exchange of experiences and advice aimed at ensuring the project’s successful execution.
The RadExIORSBoost project team extends its gratitude to Ms. Čerin for her valuable contribution and for fostering collaboration between the two institutions.
